Wipes Cleaning Kits and Pads
Hydrophilic urethane foam-based products work together for cleaning of recessed surfaces and microporous sub-surfaces. Safely and quickly remove build-up on process equipment and eliminate contamination. Use Silicon Carbide, Aluminium Oxide, or Diamond ScrubPADS for initial scouring. Ideal for aggressive cleaning, ScrubPADS, can be matched to the specific type of cleaning needed.

Silicon Carbide ScrubPADS for hard surface cleaning
- Suitable for aluminium, stainless steel, and ceramic surfaces such as those found in Implant, CVD, Epitaxy, and Floatzone Reactors and Polishers
- Offer long-life abrasion for quick removal of metal and hard polymer build-up
- Produce a satin-polished surface when some minor abrasion of the surface is permissible

Aluminium Oxide ScrubPADS for delicate surface cleaning
- For the removal of hardened build-up from easily scratched tool surfaces, such as anodised aluminium, quartz, polymer, and even LEXAN®
- Soft grit gently scours and polishes, leaving surfaces clean of build-up and without scratches

Diamond ScrubPADS for very hard, glass-like build-up
- The most aggressive pad for removal of extremely hard, glass-like build-up, such as that from titanium nitride
- Cost-effective as cleaning times are cut in half

Swab foam for critical surface cleaning
- General purpose cleaning tools for HDD components, optics, medical devices or vacuum equipment.
- Provides good particle and residue removal with a minimum of particle transfer due to
abrasion.
