Human bone marrow plasma
Bone marrow plasma is isolated from bone marrow aspirate collected from healthy human donors under IRB approved informed consent. Bone marrow aspirates and cells are drawn from the posterior iliac crest using a syringe containing anticoagulant. Plasma is isolated from freshly collected adult human bone marrow after undergoing centrifugation. It is frozen immediately after collection.

  • Test negative for HIV, HBV, HCV, HTLVI/II, Syphilis, ABO antibodies, CMV, NAT, NAT WNV, and Chagas.

Plasma is the liquid component of blood in which the blood cells in whole blood are normally suspended. Important elements in plasma include albumin, coagulation factors, fibrinolytic proteins, immunoglobulins, and other proteins.

Store at −80°C.
