Test tube tracker, Nanotrack®
Nanotrack® is the first test tube able to record the temperature of biological samples during the pre-analytical phase, e.g. when the steed team transport samples from collecting points to the laboratory or technical platform for analysis. This temperature tracker is made specifically for biomedical laboratories who have to ensure the traceability of biological samples in accordance with the NF-EN-ISO-15189 norm. It is ideal for cold chain distribution monitoring. For stationary or transport use.

  • Only 1 button, to check and reset the logger
  • No hidden cost, no software but a smart user interface on a web account
  • Direct install in freezer or refrigerator, no cables
  • Reliable web-based monitoring with 5 years data retention
  • The Nanotrack® "control tube“ fits in most of traditional biological samples transport boxes: Nanotrack® sizes are equal to a 7 ml test tube (14×120 mm)
  • The coloured LED display validates the samples compliance: Green LED means that the samples have been maintained at an acceptable temperature range during their transportation
  • The user can calibrate the Nanotrack® by himself in accordance with the ISO-17025 norm (with a free tablet application, the user can calibrate his Nanotrack® straight away in the laboratory)
  • The Nanotrack® tube features a thermal inertia that avoids unjustified detection of thresholds

Extremely simple to use, it allows user to check the compliance of biological samples with only a pressure on its cap. Its system of LED alerts the user when the temperature of the samples has gone through critical thresholds.

The Nanotrack® records the temperature of transported samples and gives the results directly with thresholds and colours. A green, orange or red light shines and the user has only to go to www.nanotrack.fr to enter in a few clicks the results in the online software and save the history of the temperature records.

Nine combinations are available to meet to the users needs: Three different temperature ranges and three types of activation delay (15, 30 or 60 minutes). They can be ordered with or without a calibration certificate.
